These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Buntu Wellbeing Experience Network ("BWEN", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website at b-wen.com and any associated subdomains (the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
BWEN is a community organizing network registered in Uganda, with operating address at Opp. Yesu Amala, Kiguli Road, P.O.Box 150212, Kampala. We are part of the IMAGI-NATION / AIME global network.
The Site exists to communicate the work of BWEN, sell our products and program sponsorships, share stories, and provide an entry point for partners and prospective investors.

The names "BWEN", "Buntu Wellbeing Experience Network", "The Frame", "Shebang Trashion", "Menstruation Station", "WUZI", and associated logos and design marks are trademarks of BWEN.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Site content for your personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
If you'd like to use BWEN content for journalism, research, education, or any other purpose — please email enquiries@b-wen.com and we'll usually be glad to grant permission.
The Site sells physical and digital products (such as the Menstruame board game, SRHR puzzles, the SRHR Toolkit, and the Let's Talk · Silence Breaker card game) and program sponsorship packages. Payments are processed by our payment partners — Flutterwave for card and mobile money transactions — and received by THE WELL-BEING FOUNDATION LTD (operating as BWEN).
Digital products are delivered by email or download link after payment confirmation. Physical products are shipped or arranged with you directly; delivery timelines depend on destination and will be confirmed after your order. For program sponsorship packages, "delivery" means BWEN carrying out the funded activity and reporting on it.
Physical merchandise. We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. For physical goods (the Menstruame board game, SRHR puzzles, the SRHR Toolkit, the Let's Talk · Silence Breaker card game, and any other physical items):
Digital products. Digital items (such as printable toolkit files) are delivered by email or download link. Because they cannot be returned once downloaded, they are non-refundable after download — except where the file is faulty or was not delivered, in which case we will fix the problem or refund you in full.
Program sponsorship packages. Where you sponsor a program (for example a School Club Activation or Community Lab Cycle), you may cancel for a full refund before we have begun the funded activity. Once the activity has started, refunds are handled case by case; contact us and we will always try to reach a fair resolution.
How to start a return or refund: Email enquiries@b-wen.com with your name, order details, and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
The content on the Site relating to Golden Agency Minerals — including but not limited to the "Invest" page — is informational only. It is not, and shall not be construed as, an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation to invest in any security or financial instrument.
The Site provides general information about BWEN, the IMAGI-NATION/AIME network, the Golden Agency Minerals investment thesis, and BWEN's broader work. The Site allows you to express interest by requesting an Investment Brief or starting a conversation about buying gold.

Any information you submit through Site forms (contact, order, investment brief request, newsletter) is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that information you submit is accurate, up to date, and that you have the right to submit it.
You grant BWEN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use feedback, suggestions, and ideas you submit (excluding personal information) to improve our work — without obligation to compensate or credit you.
The Site contains links to third-party websites (e.g., AIME, Instagram, payment processors, news outlets). BWEN is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites. Following a link to a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BWEN disclaims all warranties — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
BWEN does not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BWEN, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill — even if BWEN has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, BWEN's aggregate liability to you in any matter arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you have paid to BWEN in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BWEN, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
BWEN may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kampala, Uganda — except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
For investors and customers based outside Uganda, BWEN may agree to alternative governing law and dispute resolution provisions in separate agreements (e.g., the Subscription Agreement). Those agreements take precedence over these general Terms for matters covered by them.
BWEN may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. For material changes, we will post a prominent notice on the Site at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
